I'm installing a Jeti Phasor 15/3 direct drive to an 11/4 prop + a 3S 2100 Lipo pack . It will have tremendous power and be able to hoover at 1/2 throttle with no gear box to mess with .These are available at Hobby -Lobby . They are a bit heavy so I'll move my battery back a little. I had this set up in a similiar model and the power was awesome for this size of plane .
