Zagai 35 amp Speed control Questions
I have a zagi 35 amp esc and was wondering if it could handle either a brushless motor or lipo batteries or both. I have look all over for this info but have come short. PLEASE HELP!!

The the short answers to your questions is NO and Yes.
The Zagi 35 is for brushed motors, Not Brush-less.
Yes it has four motor leads but thats for twin brushed motors,
( Twin Speed 400's parallel ).
Or you can as I've seen done and am doing myself use it to run a single Speed 600.
Now as far as Lipoly Battery's, Absolutely. Up to 35 Amp draw and maybe alittle more.
And that can be Lipoly, Ni-cad, Nihm, Energizer Bunny, Lead Acid, Ect.....
Any DC source really up to it's voltage rating. ( Not sure what it's upper voltage rating is )
I personally planning to use 2x 2s2p 2000 maH 15C Kokam Lipoly packs.
(That works out to 7.4v - 4000maH ) . The High Amp Hours is for excessive flight time.
Thats technically 60amps worth of power but the motor will never draw that much
unless something goes wrong.
