Default speed 400 Olympus 2.33:1 gear system

I have an olympus speed 400 2.33:1 gear drive. My problem is one of the pinion gear mounting setscrew/grub screw has stripped out.
Does anyone either had a spare pinion or know where I can get one short of ordering a new system??

Any help would be appriciated.

Would drilling and tapping for a larger set screw be feasible. Seems I did that last year. My local hardware store had mm set screws, and tap.

If it was metal that would be an out. But it is nylon and not sure if it would help.

Thanks for the idea.
