Default bl22a brushless motor

I just picked up a 31 inch cap32 from china . the all up weight is about 1 lb and it recommends an hk003-bl22a brushless motor. I could not find anything like this searching the internet. Anyone have any ideas?

Default RE: bl22a brushless motor

All-up weight is the plane complete with radio equipment, motor, ESC, and battery. So is that what the 1lb figure reflects?

A good match for a plane that size would be to start out with a 3S LiPoly pack about 1200mAh in size, then add an Eflite Park 450 or AXi 2808/24 motor. The ESC should be rated for at least 15 Amps. Should be a good performer.
