What planes can you put a BP21 in?
I know there's the Stryker that handles a BP21 motor really well, but what other planes can have their life zapped with the BP21? Maybe some 3D foamies?

Flyingace, I have the BP-21 on
GWS Tiger Moth 400(not 400 anymore)
Of coarse the stryker
A Lanier U-2. This is sold as a free-flight glider but I converted it to electric
Thinking about putting it on one of the GP Fun Force FW-190. Don't know how that will work.
Made a "homemade flatout" with this motor. AUW is 15oz so the BP is more than enough. BG

I put a BP 21 on a GWS Slow Stick (it is a direct replacement) and it flew great, but it didn't have ailerons. I replaced the foam wing with a buit-up stick and Microlight wing with a NACA 2415 foil, added strip ailerons and it really flew great. I used a 1200 mAh 3-cell LiPoly.

The Stryker weighs around 20 to 25 ounces, depending on your build, and the BP21 pushes it with a 7x6 prop very well. 70-85MPH, plenty of power, and about 40 to 70 yards of vertical. If you look in the foamies forum under "Here's a simple and FREE first foamie build plan. Cool looking plane too..." you'll see a plane that also works well with the BP21 on a 7x4 prop and weighs about 15 ounces. I've also strapped a BP21 to a Challenger (weighs around 15 to 17 ounces) which I haven't flown yet. Perhaps today. This great little and VERY cheap brushless motor works well on a variety of planes. You mainly need to figure out what size prop to use for the plane weight and desired performance you want.

Easily. I'd go with the 3 cell lipo, the BP21, and about a 7X6 prop to start of with.
A nice selection of BP motors are here:
