Default MS119 controller---Jeti Opto 77 Advance

Have a little question about the MS119 controller. (should be the Jeti Opto 77 Advance controller)

I've put the esc in governer mode.
How do I control the speed?
My trottle curve is set lineair from 0 to 100 but it seems that the motor reach his highest speed at only 3/4 stick (75%)

Should I use the atv (or servotrow - end point...) from the trottle servo to set the wanted headspeed or can I
use a flat trottle curve to adjust the speed of governing.

My tranmitter is a Futaba ZAP 9 WC2
