It depends on what kind of servos they were talking about. Generally if it can power 2 standard servos, it can power 3-4 sub micros.

The servos are GWS nar standard I have 3 + Co-pilot I dont think the draw on the Co-pilot is even that much have to look.
I would think ANY 35 amp esc should be able to at least run 4 small servos
The directions with this ESC are incomplete they tell you how to set it up thats about it. My LHS pushed it on me because he was sold out of the Jeti 40 amp I wanted.

I am flying it with 4 servo on a 25e Su31 of Hyperion, no problem so fare, I’m using JR DS281 x 2 on the wing and 2x Jr DS3421 for the ruder and elevator, i really don't see why any one will say it can only support 2 servos? it's rated at 3 Amp, unless you have some really bad servo or if the installation has not been done properly so the servo is jamming and draining more current then normal, or else I can not see why you can not use up to 4 servo.
By the way, I’m using 3 cell lipo, if you are using 4 cell may be then the 2 servo saying is true as the BEC will be generating more heat due to the higher volt input to the BEC circuit.
