Hi everyone, I have a AXI 2808-24 Brushless motor in my Ultrafly Ultimate Biplane and it is pulling massive amps and swelling my lipos, so I am looking at replacing it with a different motor that will provide simalar power but less amps...can yall suggest a few motors?? I want to be pulling less than 20 amps with the 11x5.5E prop.
I appreciate any help

This one has a little less rpm/kv, but is comparable I believe http://www.e-fliterc.com/Products/Te...rodID=EFLM1305
This one may or may not work witht he weight of the plane http://www.e-fliterc.com/Products/Te...rodID=EFLM1205

I'M not an expert but I think that your best bet is to buy a bigger battery.
