the ESC doesn't care where the power comes from... lipo or ni
it is all part of the system... can your current ESC handle the volts
cna your current motor?
what LiPo were you going to get

I have this one http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXHVA4&P=0 and it works great. Never had a problem.
I think with LiPo's you want the higher autocutoff though, so you want one without the E option....I think.

Yes the E is the lower cutoff I have it too, for NiMh's and NiCd's I believe. That is why I was saying that if he wants to go to LiPo's I think he wants one WITHOUT the E option. So it cutoffs higher at the 4.2 volts.
