I have the phoenix10 with a programmer phoenix,
When I connect phoenix 10 to the programmer it recognizes…
but in the mitre software it is written:




if I click on uptade firmware:
I have this like error :




Which could be the problem?
A solution to make function my phoenix10?

Hmm, there's a very good chance that you ended up with a very old version of the Phoenix 10, and its current firmware version is too old to communicate properly with your phoenix link. Can you get the current version that's on the controller?
