I just purchased the Castlelink USB cord, and it won't install by following the instructions. Says to install the program from the web site, start it, and them plug in the castleink and follow the instructions. My PC won't find the Castlelink. Has anyone else had problems with this item?

I was able to install everything and my computer relaizes the Castle Link is there but it will not allow me to change any settings always an error during the process telling me to unplug and replug my unit. This thing is more a pain in the ass then something worth having, should have stayed with ghetto duratrax ESC.
