Default Medusa 12mm Motor w/Micro ESC won't run...CHIRPS

Hey. I have no idea what has happened. This little motor is on a Radical R/C Micro Stick (17" wing). It worked fine last season when I used this. Currenlty, I plug in the 7.4V, 740mAh battery, turn on the radio and the motor moves back/forth a bit and chirps. Any ideas? Also, I am not sure if the ESC is making the arming noise. I will check tomorrow. Any help would be appreciate. THANKS

What speed control it may be a timing issue? I have never had a problem with any of my Medusa 12mm Motors, even the one I ran 4s.

Thanks for the information. I am going to check that this evening. I believe it is a Phoenix 10...but I am not sure. They thing that makes me curious is that I flew it all last summer.

Sounds like one of the connectors to the motor is either open or nat making good connection. It also could be that the motor has an open stator. You should be able to check it out with an ohm meter.

THANKS for your help. I have it running right as one of the leads to the speed control was unattached, however it is running backwards. Any ideas....
