I am trying to build a vtol with 2 brushless ducted fans. I need help to try to find ones that would be powerful enough. My weight is about 380 grams.

Depends on how much excess thrust you need. Is that 380g AUW or is that just the airframe? Even a single small ARC 20-34-130 (4600Kv) in a Wemotech Microfan gets you 310g thrust, so... would a pair of those do (620g/380g).
