RE: good deals on brushless motors and esc
I have tested many of the motors Basil has to offer - the Suppo motors and his proprietary MegaJet/SuperMegaJet motors are well-made, perform well, and are remarkably cheap.

RE: good deals on brushless motors and esc
I have just started using the 4120 and 4130 brushless motors from Grayson with the 65 and 80 amp ESC. The 4130 looks like a TP or Welgard and I'm not sure what the 4120 looks like but they are doing fine in a 5 and 6lb plane. The price around christmas time was to low to pass up!
