Default phoenix 80 esc help

i am flying a tf cessna 310. two eflite power 60s with the phoenix 80 amp esc. yes i disabled the bec. last year i could get 15 minute flights no problem pulling about 2800 out of my 5000mah packs. first flight this year i accidently had the throttle full and went into program mode and she shuts down after 7 min. i landed turned eveything off turned it all back on and flew another good 7 min. does anyone know how to program the cutoff to default. its all a series of beeps. I had it set last year but cant find the instructions, 7 min flight only take 1400 out of the pack.
I time my flights so i wont ruin my packs or tell me how to set a longer run time.

batts on each side 2 11.1v 5000mah in series

thanks tim

Invest in the data link, it is the best way to program them, plus you get periodic updates to the firmware.

I agree, go buy a castle link. They are less than $25, and they make programing soooo much friendlier.
