[link]http://www.electrifly.com/flatouts/gpma1112.html[/link]First off, I apologise for this new thread so soon. I have a ton of questions that need to be answered. I have attempted to look up the answers but I have resorted to asking you!
1. My castlecreations pixy 20p [link]http://www.castlecreations.com/products/pixie-20p.html[/link] cuts off my motor at full throttle almost instantly after flight. The cut off voltage is correct, i am sure. Im flying a cap 580 with a stock motor and gearbox . Whats the amperage draw of the geared down speed 400 brushed motor approx? I understand I need to upgrade to brushless but please bear with me.
2. My charger, the Electrifly polycharge [link]http://www.electrifly.com/chargers/gpmm3010.html[/link] will not blink its led at all anymore, it used to work fine. I charge my battery on it anyways and stop at 12.6 volts. Is this ok?
3. What is the amp draw of a brushless motor at full throttle that is speed 400 size approx?
Thank you very much for your help!

I can't understand exactly what you are saying? Does it cut off the motor after a few seconds/minutes of flight? That would indicate that your pack voltage is dropping too far (to below LVC) under load.
A Speed 400 should not be asked to draw much more than 8A-10A... of course, what YOUR motor is drawing depends entirely on what gearing and prop you are using - put too big a prop on it and it can be made to draw 20A (and/or fry trying).

Ill run the motor up and it will cut at full throttle instantly. The motor is a T-370 with a 5-1 gearbox swinging the propeller that came with the kit. I dont know why this is happening!

This is where you need to invest in a wattmeter Matt. Batt may not be able to handle the current causing the voltage to drop far enough to shut the motor off.
