If it is a Jeti brushless ESC rated at at least 8A-10A it will suit that motor.
However - one vital question - what is the maximum prop size which will fit on that plane? That motor is 980Kv and limited to ~8A max... it can spin an 8"-9" prop on 3s and draw no more than the 8A limit, but will not be high enough Kv if you are limited to only a 6"-7" prop.
