ESC... doesnt have a manual how to program
Guys pls help, Im only 4months in this hobby. I purchase a Jpower Cessna 182 and the thing does not include an instruction on how to program their 25amp speed control. I already check Jpower website and they dont offer support. Pls help.

If this ESC came as part of a preconfigured power system (i.e. the motor, ESC, and battery came with the plane), it likely doesn't have any programming, and doesn't need to be programmed.
What is the reason you want to program the ESC?
