I was flying my phase 3 mini spitfire, and i just finished the third flight of the day. The wind blew and i landed into a high grass area. I pulled the plane out and tried to run the brushed motor but it wouldnt. I took out the battery and put it back in and all the servos are working fine but the motor still wont turn! What is wrong with my plane?!

Motor/prop stalled in the high grass, current went through the roof. Exit motor and/or controller.
Always shut down completely before landing.

The capacitors on the motor get hot
Are you sure that isn't a diode that's getting hot. Try the motor without the diode or capacitors.
If it still won't work, it's toast, assuming it's a cheap can type motor.
Good luck,
Pete
