Prop size
I have a geared (3,5:1) speed 400 6V, APC 11x4,7 prop and 9,6v 1100 mah batt. If I change the batt to a LI-pol batt with 2 cells (7,2v), witch propsize should I use?

That's going to depend on the LiPoly battery. If the LiPoly battery can't handle the Amps, you'll need to use a smaller prop, or an additional battery (or two) in parallel with the first one.
Keeping the same prop, you'll lose about 25% of your power with the old battery. However, if the plane's lighter, you can generally not worry too much about it.
