I have a T400 3:1BB gear box and a 400 motor...I am curious about what prop size I should use?? Right now I am using a 10x4.7 apc prop. Is there anything better?? Any recommendations? Thanks in advance...I would appreciate any input.

The problem with "go get motocalc" is that most people don't understand the numbers that motocalc gives them. To use motocalc effectively, you need to know what you're doing. Otherwise, you're just stabbing in the dark, and more likely to come up with a bad setup than not.

A more helpful answer here is: Use a 9x6 or 10x6 propeller.
