Hi,
Just got a SSPII and have charged and discharged the flight batteries four times.
The pack is a Sanyo 7 cell Ni-cad 8.4 volt 600 mah. It charges fully to 8.4 volts+.
At full throttle, the pack only powers the prop for 3 min 30 sec. After that, I remove the pack and test it again and the charge is only down to 8.2 volts.
Is this a normal point for the motor to cut off? It seems to me that the motor should run longer, until the charge is down to less than 8 volts or so (still enough to power the servos until landing).
Any advice for this newbie?
Thanks.
