Looking for inexpensive (~$30-$100) 4-+ pole 540 sized or similar BRUSHLESS motors
Hi guys,
Long story short, I've had my fun with 2-pole brushless motors on a budget, like the Feigao L and XL motors in my E-Maxx and Slash trucks using 2-3s lipo power and Mamba Max ESC.
I want something like the slightly better Medusa/Aveox and other 4-pole motors that are more efficient than the typical Feigao solution but not as expensive as a Neu/Castle-Neu motor I see.
I want to get something sensorless, anywhere from the low 500-1000kv range for my Traxxas Summit and or a SCX-10 crawler, up to 2200-2800 kv for my Emaxx and Slash. Anywhere from 50-100 amps of current capable, 4-pole or 6 (depends I suppose on design/manufacturer) and possibly < $100.
I can't find suitable Medusa motors on ebay or anywhere else that I've tried. What other brands are you guys aware of that fall into this range?
