Brushless pulling out

The exterior rotating element is moving forward by close to 1/4 “ when I speed up the motor. Is it normal for a brushless motor?

I found the answer by myself. The lock washer (E-clip) on the shaft wears out or got loose.
But I have another problem. I have 2 brushless motors with 4 mm shaft diameter. I need an E-clip and a new shaft. Cannot find mine on eBay, only 3.17 mm.
Where to buy them?

Google is your friend.
4 mm E-clips are readily available on ebay.
