Looking for forward/ reverse timed speed 400's

I remember seeing pre-timed forward and reverse speed 400 motors for sale on a website a while ago, but now i cant seem to find the site. Any ideas? IIRC, the motors had red and blue labeled cans.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Is it safe to assume that the these will have the same RPM's when spinning in their prefered directions?
