Converion from brushed to brushless?

HI

I've been fling a 2.5M sailplane with an Astro Flight 05 with std. gearbox and would like to convert it to brushless motor. Any suggestions as to best motor combo.

What is the performance of your 605G (is that what you have?) in the present set-up - voltage, amp draw, prop etc. If we knew that we could find a brushless equivalent or improvement.
