possible
hi guys.
is it possible to run two esc's in line or paralel like we do with the lipo's we use? thank you. paul. |
RE: possible
You can operate two ESCs in parallel. That is, use a "Y" harness and connect two ESCs to the receiver's throttle channel.
With many ESCs you must disable the BEC in one of them when running two ESCs off one receiver. This is often done by disconnecting the power (red) wire in the ESC's 3-conductor control cable. - Jeff |

RE: possible
hawkman -
It would help if you explained exactly what it is you are trying to do. Then we could give you better answers. Are you asking if it is possible to use two ESCs "in parallel" to operate one motor" If so, the answer is NO. If your motor+prop draws more current than one ESC alone can handle, you must get a larger ESC. - Jeff |

thank's jeff.
that is what i was thinking about. paul. |
