what is the best pinon tool?

Hello, Iam just getting started with electric flying and need a tool to remove the pinon from the motor. What is the best general purpus pinon puller from the very smallest motor to an average size motor shaft? Do you need a tool to install the new pinon after you remove the old one? Right now Iam using E-flite and ElectriFly motors. The space between the motor housing and the pinon is limited.

Pinion can be pressed back on using a vice (NOT a hammer!)

Thanks for the information. I will order one today. In the vice picture I assume the rear of the shaft is against the back vice?
