dude. read all you can find about the genesis and nemesis, and se if you still want that engine so bad. I`ve had the genesis and that engine is no good. slow rpm`s and don`t believe the 5 hp claim, that is not likely.my savage with picco 26 ate the genesis for breakfast even though the genesis is supposed to have almost double the hp, and the savage is also quite heavy too. I think the weight diff is a couple of pounds, so the genesis should beat the savage if it really had 5 hp. You would not get the gearing tall enough on the t-max with this engine, and it would not go very fast. the nx76 has top rpm around 23000 while your stock engine has around 40000 rpm. If you want a really fast t-max buy a good 21-28 engine instead.

do you really believe cen when they tell you that the engine in the genesis have 5 horsepower? take a look at www.osengines.com and compare hp ratings to the 46 vx-df airplane engine. that engine is the same size and the rpm is 28000 which is a great deal more than the cen engines 22500. how can it be that the cen engine generates 5 horses when the os of the same size is only rated at 2.5 horses and that is with even more rpms than the cen engine. it just makes me wonder??? I might add to that that I did own a genesis that dissapointed me a lot, both power wise and especially quality wise . luckily I got my money back from my lhs . take in mind that the carb on the cen engine is only 7.5 mm, thats less than most 21 engines pluss the pipe on the genesis isn`t exacly a very well designed one from a performance point of view

you might also search for savage truckzilla conversions and read what users think about the 46 engine. theres tons of dissapointed users out there and I suspect that the truckzilla engine and the cen engine is the very same. total garbage!! It seems like I`m over-reacting here but seriously save your money. It makes me mad just thinking about the genesis I had.

My advise to you is go back and search through this forum ..there are previous threads all about the nx76 and truckzilla..you will find the july05 issue of nitro magazine dynoed the nx76 at 1.58 poneys and 75 inch pounds of torque..........There are different dynos out there, but that is a huge difference from the 5 horses claimed by cen check out nitrodyne systems.com

I have a nx76 motor that came with my Genesis monster truck my truck was broke in properly the motor is broken properly and that motor kicks ass over any HPI motor out there so don't let these guys blow smoke up your butt saying that the motor is no good they probably didn't break their machines in properly and they didn't break in the motor properly and that's why they lost power that motor has five horsepower and it is awesome that truck is also bigger than any HPI truck it's longer wider taller and it weighs more so it has more to push so there's another reason why these people complain about the motor being slow it's a big monster truck and it's great and it's a lot of fun and if you take care of the motor with putting in aftermarket motor fluid in it to preserve the motor it'll take and you'll have many years of fun with it it's a great motor don't let these people blow smoke up your butt

You can buy aftermarket motors and put them in there they'll run you three $400 yeah and some of them are good they are good motors those Italian ones but who wants to spend $400 on a motor just for a little bit of horsepower the CNN motors are just fine they work just fine they're pushing a bigger truck and they're better than any HPI out there and by the way I do happen to love the Savage HPI truck I have one and I have a Genesis one but I love my Genesis
