A re-break in is not needed unless you pinch, or replace the piston and sleeve. I would start by opening the high speed needle 1/4 turn just so you don't inadvertantly run too lean. I do the same when changing fuels as well.

If you port, you must richen! I ported an engine last week and left it lean, it lasted 5 minutes at 248c. You have to re-tune from the rich side.
