NeoBuggy says US Novarossi prices will drop.... but
NeoBuggy.net reports that Nova will be dropping prices in the US and links to www.novarossiusa.com.
Sounds all good right? .... LOL, look at the site. Doesn't look like a reduction in price to me.

The US distributor - Novarossi USA has released the 2008 pricing, reflecting a tremendous reduction in the retail pricing for the consumer.

heres what I think there talking about, heres a sample of what I'm talking about this engine http://www.novarossiusa.com/product_...products_id=55 has a price of $239.99 wichi should be reteil, so the stores should get it for 51% - 55% of that price which would be $122.40 - $132 so are price would be anywhere from $149.99 - $239.99
thats what I think they mean.

OK, that one can already be had for $180 - $200.
I just thought it was funny seeing the prices on the websites being way higher than anything I've seen before.

yeah but thats not reteil price or MSRP. the Axial spec 1s 28 its reteil or MSRP price is $200, and the stores/LHS pay $102 - $110 for it then they mark it up to sell it to us. tower has them for $119.99 so they make $9 - $17 off each one they sell.

You may want to check the plug prices at www.planethobby.com. Although the Euro conversion has impacted pricing, they are still good prices.
