I have put the 21 J carb on a GO engine. So it fits them.
Why do you want to change the 28xz carb?

The carb on my os has about 10 gal thru it (has been a great mill/carb). The thermo insulation on the neck is cracking resulting in air leaks. I have sealed with rtv a few times and it works great but doesnt last very long before needing sealing again. 21 J carbs are hard to find here and expensive.
Any other solutions re replacing the insulation?
