However, the fuel does not move now, after completely taking out the adjustment pin .. i noticd the fuel will move, but squirt out were the pin is spose to plug it.. im pretty sure this means the carb is plugged ? any ideas how i could fix this... =/thanks

The pump is most likely broken?

nono, its a manual spring loaded pump to pump fuel in for start up.. then i believe it just works with the exhaust pressure to deliver more fuel..

Is this for a car or a airplane?

Are you sure you just didnt have the HSN bottomend out. This would cause the fuel to be blocked from the carb. Your LSN could also be bottomend out and would cause this. There could also be debree in carb, to fix this you would have to tear the carb apart and clean it with carb cleaner or with nitro blast cleaner.
Just make sure to put in back together right and make sure not to bottom the Needles out as this could end up leading to bent needles which will cause you problems.

i took my carb out today.. and then reinstalled it.. and for some reason.. it works again ... it wasn't the pin.. but im pretty sure tehre is a blockage somewere, so is there anything i could soak it in if this happens again ?

If you suspect there is a blockage somewhere in the carb then it's probably a good idea to completely dis-assemble it and flush the parts with wd-40, nitro fuel or "nitro cleaner". That should get rid of any dirt.

Then carefully re-assemble - using something like associated green slime on the o-rings and silicone sealant on metal-metal seals to prevent air leaks.

i dont see how could disassemble it ? do you mean just take out the pins. because the actual goldish looking thing were the fuel line connects.., doesnt' seem to detach from the carb..

It should all come apart... the needles will unscrew from the brass housing, and then the brass housing will unscrew from the carb body itself.

You can take them apart completely - barrel, needles, everything. It's a good experience and you'll know your carb inside/out afterwards!
