OS 18TM problem

ok guys i have a os 18tm installed in a lightning gt10 and i traded someone for it and they didn't tune it.i don't have a manual and ca't find the factory settings.can someone help me out?

HSN- Three turns out from fully closed
Idle screw- tight enough that the carb opening is at least 1mm

i dont know about the LSN
