pullstartt conversion help

well i needd help on a pullstart conversion or something
i got a rs4 mt which thee pullstart on it has gone
so i need some help on what to do can i get something for it 2 change it to rotor start or something??

well i got a 15 engine and on hte site which u gave me says fits nitrostar 15 which is the engine i got soo thank you very much :D
