What does your 30% Carden Cap weigh?
 

I need to know what is the weight of this airplane. I have a friend that has one, and he said he lightened it up as much as he could and he said his come out about 19lbs.

Also can you tell me what equipment your running.

I am not trying to fool you Jeff, My friend Jess does have one. Now I have one too. I just don't know what mine weighs yet.

Mine came in at slightly over 21 lbs with a BME 102 in the nose, 9303 servos, and two 1,100mah Nicad packs. It flys beautifully. Despite being at the upper end of the recommended weight range, it does not fly heavy. In fact, it slows down nicely for tail-wheel first landings and also 3Ds very well. The biggest trick is managing the excess power! Needless to say, vertical performance is unlimited! <VBG>

Mine weighed 21.5 lbs with a ZDZ 80 on a KS tuned canister muffler, Still flew very light with no bad characteristics. The 80. was so overpowered that it was difficult to fly so, I have switched to a ZDZ 60 with canister. haven't re-weighed it but, I'm probably about 4-5 oz lighter.

5 x 8411's in it, 811 on throttle, 517 on choke, 2x 1650 nimh packs,

I weighed it last night. 20 1/2 lbs. I am pleased hopefully fly it thursday. Will post pictures of it tonight.
