i have a chance to get a lightly used genisis but don't know much about them

are they durable?
is it really 5 hp?
how do they compare to a t maxx or savage?
is the 4 wheel steering really needed?
can the 4 wheel steering be turned of and on?

any info you can give would be great!!!

I've found mine to be durable -- anything will break. 5 hp .. It's got power but they all like to pump the specs. #3 to each, his own, I'll stick with the Gen / Nem. #4 don't go there. #5 no ... misc .. some are having axle probs, cen is working on it. Keep in mind that we all drive diff, some will tear up anything. Hope this helps a little.
