Genesis Exhaust / Muffler Question:
I was scanning EBay the other night when this caught my eye:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWA%3AIT&rd=1
Now it says it is for Big Block engines, but the .21 they quote ain't a Big Block when it comes to a Gensis!!!
Does anyone know if it will work okay on a Genesis, or do exhausts have to be developed specifically for truck/motor?????

RE: Genesis Exhaust / Muffler Question:
We have used our .21-.28 size exhaust pipe for our Matrix buggy's on our .46 engines in the past and it has performed fine! Really the only way to know is to give it a try and find out for yourself. It will fit you just may need to relocate the front stinger mount on your truck which can be done with a drill bit and a drill.

RE: Genesis Exhaust / Muffler Question:
I thought I'd give you all an update on my new exhaust.
I ended up going for this RD Logics ehxaust mainly due to being intrigued on the double silencer araigment:
http://www.rdlogics.com/cgi-bin/cate...816&type=store
They don't do one for the Genny, so I had to go of a savage (rather than the LST one they offer), as the manifold that came with it appeared to have more of a straight coming into the silencer as I was expection it to be shorter that the Gennys std exhaust and my need lengthening.
I was right about the length, and cut the final 1 inch off of the manifold that came with it and used this to couple up to the std Cen exhaust rubber connector. I also had the drill anther hole in the chassis 3/4 inch further rearward in ofder for it to all fitt properly.
Taking it out I immediatly noticed a drop in exhaust noise over the std exhaust and performance didn't seam to be any different really. So quids in; its quite a lot lighter, alot quiter, seams to have the same power and is flasher the the std Cem cast job.
Not sure how to add photos on this site, but if I can I will.
SO I'm a happy chappy, (until 10 mins in to my fun I snapped the steering mech!!!! [])
