Default WHAT WEIGHT SHOCKIE OIL?

I am goin to buy a complete set of new shock absorbers for my Genesis and i dont know what weight oil to buy to put in them. I mostly use it on the street and at the local BMX track. I dont do much jumping as it costs me too much money as i always seem to break somethin!

I want it to be able to corner well at high speeds on hard surfaces.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Go to Cens setups on their site for a start point. With the Gen high COG, you will never corner super well, particularly on a hard surface.

Go with a lighter shock oil. I think the stock shock oil is 15wt.

50wt is to much for onroad use. I kept driving on 2 wheels with the stock oil in the shocks and I think it was around 20wt. I use 40wt in the front of my truck and 50wt in the rear for beating the snot out of it off road.
