Default CORSA ENGINES?

Could someone please clear up wich cen vehicles have corsa engines. Is it a corsa engine on my nemesis?I found an excellent deal on an engine, cheaper than piston, sleeve, rod,and engine bearings would cost off ebay, but he says 7.7 corsa engine.Says pulled from a new GST,but I thought only the GSR 5.0 had the corsa engine. He says the new GST/NEMESIS .46 engines are corsa. Is that true? Is there two corsa engines, one for the 5.0 and a different one for the 7.7 ? My one way bearing on my tranny went out,and I found a new one on ebay for $32.00.I was almost stupid enough to buy it until I won a new complete two speed tranny for $37.00Gotta love it.

The GSR 5.0 engine (.30cid/5.0cc) is the first of the "Corsa" line. There will soon be a .28 and most-likely a .21 in the next month (guesstimate).

The black cooling head engine is the corsa engine, and the red head is the cen engine, both are 7.7

No... Right now the only engine in the "Corsa" line is the 5.0.

The 7.7 is from the "NX" series.

Now thats confusing. However,I have already did a rebuild of the cen 7.7,changed piston, sleeve, rod and front and rear bearings. The NX-76 is whats on my truck.I think you all know what youre talking about,I just think the available information isnt very clear.I still dont know any more than before but thanks for answering.I have a new engine now, with less than a gallon on it,thats all that matters.I am very proud of the engine.I got 13 gallons out of it and it was still running. The NEMESIS has done me so well that I think Im going to get a GSR5.0 for christmas

Wow... thats interesting. I stand corrected... maybe they'll list it on corsa-racing.com when the rest of the engines come out!

Anyways, Derrick... Glad you got that squared away!
