HPI MT2 Axles fit CEN MT2??

Has anybody tried to see if the HPI MT2 or MT CVA axles will fit the CEN MT2 truck? We all know how limited the CEN ones are with hop-ups. Their pin-to-pin dimensions seem to be very close at 116 and 118 mm (front/rear). They look better designed and use good materials in their construction. I am planning on buying some from Tower to find out for myself but if somebody has already looked at them...please post back.

not sure if anyone got round to trying them out digout.
there was talk of it, but i dont think anyone actually offered them up.

let us know how u get on, ppl are still looking for a simple swap.
