ct4s problems
 

i got a ct4s. when i got it the receiver was defeative i sent it to cen and they replanced it with a three channel remote and receiver. i know it will still work but i thought i would say that. any way it still doesn't work and i think i am out of warrenty. any ideas on what to try.

The new RX and the TX should be under warranty even if the car is not.
You might want to take it to your LHS and see if you missed something.

i am also a truck person but all i do is go on the street so i want to get the CT4S is it a good car also my road is a little bumpy is that ok, if it isn't can i put bigger wheels on the cen

You should consider getting a rally car if you dont have a smooth surface to run a sedan on.
