1 speed conversion Nemesis
 

Hey guys,

I have given up on the 2 speed tranny on my Nemesis. How do I convert from a non-operational 2 speed transmission, to a 1 speed transmission utilizing the first gear pinion and first gear spur, Mr. Cen Andy? I still have not heard from customer service.[:o]

Have you taken the 2 speed apart to make sure nothing inside is broken? Like 2 speed clutch shoes?

this is one of the dumbest quetions yet that that i have typed but i need to know:eek:
how do you know when your 2 speed tranny shifts?

Usually you can hear it shift. Sometimes you can't when you are at full throttle. You can drive with a small amount of throttle pregressivaly getting faster and faster, and you should hear it shift. It sounds like a real car shifting only harder.
