Look good but the dog-bones seem a little skinny. Why not use the Genesis 19mm or Nemesis 22mm wheel hexes and the CEN wheels?

Anyway I just read the Nemesis review and I see that 2 axles were broken in one session on the track. He said to have spares on hand but did not say that they cost $40 a pair [X(] Maybe Cen will have an upgrade soon?

CEN: any update on this issue?

Here are a couple of hints:

well you can, i just got the 17mm because i like the black rims that xtm put out. the axle diameter is 8mm for all intensive purposes(well at least in my mind) so you can use the 19 or the 23mm. and the dogbones ,well those are the only ones that fit the drive cups on the cen.

they will probably make the axle solid , then at the hex still make the hole but the hex will have a a grub screw and a shaft built into it like some that go in the drive cups like these and eliminating the hollow shaft.
