MT2 Problem
 

Hi again. I have a serious problem with my Cen MT2. The truck is constantly running away, its been doing this since the day I got it. Every time I run it, the thing takes off on me and normally runs into a tree or something. I have to fix it evertime. I was thinking it's the reciver but im not sure. I also put a failsafe on, but it locks up like its getting a weak signal. I really don't no what to do? Anyone else have this problem? Any info will help, Thanks:eek:

Simple fix.... New radio system.. For a while cen was upgrading for a nominal charge the impact radio from the original cen mt2 to the Airtronics MX3... I have that radio and I love it... Although any FM will do... the original cen radio, expecially the RX was absolute junk... I had the same problems with mine, but quickly got the new system... REPLACE THE RADIO!!!!!

Worth sticking a failsafe on there too mate. No radio is immune from interferance that Im aware of. Better safe than sorry n all that.

Had the same issue with my MT2 when I first got it... got a fail safe and it did't help.. just kept stopping instead of running away.. then got another radio.. didn't help... ended up being the crystal... have not had the problem since... of all the things it was the simplest and Ã* didn't have to really purchase all that other stuff.. oh well..
