I'm going to order my gst tomarrow. Hopefully it's the right truck when I get done with it.

What would be a good radio that I can limit the servo throw? I'm thinking that if I can't let my wife hammer it she won't wreck the truck and save the money from getting her a truck and put it into mine:D

any ideas?

The stock radio is fine, man your going to love the GST!

I want to be able to scale it down so she can drive. that's alot of truck for someone who don't have a clue.

the skyion radio should be able to adjust the throttle trim, if you are still worried, simply adjust the linkage on the truck....btw nice to see someone else from PA on these forums...my sister in law used to live in easton....down near where i grew up...somewhat...

I hate living in this area. It's like a evil pit of some kind. Everyone I know who moved from here all got sucked back in. and they keep building houses so it's getting harder to find a open spot to bash away from cars.

your the first person I've seen from PA also...thought I was alone out here

I'm off on my long drive for a cheaper truck, price better be the same, but my luck can prove otherwise.

The gst 7.7 is a powerfull truck and i've learned that some times you have to gun it to keep the engine, so restricing the throttle may not be good for the truck maybe she needs a truck thats not so powerfull.

I'm getting the truck for myself. I just don't want to spend another butt load of money for a truck for her, wanted to buy parts for a new pit box. I guess she's going to have to learn the hard way. most she could do is break the crap out of it.

Never got a call today so my GST should be in when I wake up tomarrow. Don't know if i'll sleep tonight but i'm calling when they open:D
