My weekend OOPS
 

Finally got the Matrixe(s) running very well this weekend. My son had run about 3 tanks of fuel through on the local track when his car went more like a plane, down the embankment and into a tree !!. 'Now it doesn't steer' says he. He broke part MX042.

I told him he would have to watch me run mine. Around the track I went, did a power slide into the side retainer and then my car wouldn't steer. Broke the same part. Now our argument goes like this.

HIM - At least I got to drive mine more than one lap
ME - It was 2 laps
HIM - One lap
ME - At least I stayed on the track and didn't pull a George of the Jungle.

Going to call in for some parts tomorrow. Do they make upgraded parts for this?

Hey Akulakat, that is a commonly broken part, so yes there is an upgrade for it however everyone seems to be out of stock including CENDirect.

I'm thinking since the OEM part seems interchangable with the Genesis part, that it could be interchangable with that hop-up part. But I will get back to you to confirm. I have a Genesis and Nemesis to compare to.

my last we oops... I decided to take my Revo 3.3 to the skate board park to play around... After about 30 minutes of playing on the last ramp ,it landed on the top breaking the motor mounts off the motor....120.00 mistake... I guess thats what I get for showing off...
Can this be welded or is it time for a new motor???????????

Dog it did ship out today. It made it in time. should be 2-3 days priority.

Hey Clermont, just realized I will be in Florida in about 3 weeks visiting family in both Miami and St. Petersburg and possibly in Port Charlotte for a few days. So I thought I might stop by your store to check it out, see what else you have for the Matrix..Besides I like checking different hobby shops...
