Engine for Cen Matrix?
 

I have a 3 year old barely used Cen Matrix chassis that needs an engine, I am mainly a plank guy so I'm not all that famuliar with the car engines. Since there are no tracks around I will be only using it for bashing. Thanks for your input.

I would look for an NX-76 engine on ebay Taterz Net Deals sells them regularly by auction and they go for around 100-130. There are a few other sellers. Search for CEN 7.7 in ebay.

Will any .21 size buggy fit? Does it need a slider carb?

The stock mount is not going to fit. The .21 engine is going to be pretty weak for that truck, though, its pretty heavy. Slider carb is ideal but it shouldn't be difficult to fit a long 'wire' or whatever its called to push the rotary carb.

Oh sorry, for some reason I was thinking nemesis. Yeah, a .21 buggy engine will fit. I don't know about the linkage but usually its easy to come up with a solution.
