Rhom Retracts-wrong way!

Guys I need your help. I have a set of Rhom main retracts that retract OUTWARD like on a Spitfire. How do I reverse them so they retract INWARD? I have a copy of the manual showing all the parts. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Stan,

Replied on your RCG thread. Can't be done with your trunnions unless you machine a slot.

Do you mean like this http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/fb.asp?m=2434892 These were purchased in the early 70s and the cylinders are outboard. I don’t recall if they could be ordered with the cylinder inboard or not in the early 70s. The outboard cylinder provides clearance for short gear and larger wheels.

I have a set that are reversible. They are for 3/16" wire, so they are of newer vintage since 5/32" was the early standard I believe.
