Never were a set of plans for a wood version. It was always a glass/foam kit.

You can get the EU1 plans but not ones for the EU1A. As Tony stated it only existed as a glass and foam kit. Frequent Flyer can give you the most up to date info on the semi-kit out there. Love that plane!

A wood kit would be a tough sell in my opinion. Don can have you a very strong, light glass and foam short kit at your doorstep as quick as UPS can deliver it. Everybody is loving having access to these classic fiberglass models. I very much enjoy building wood models but if I had to chose I would chose the fiberglass kit. It's Friday, Don can have a short kit at your door by Monday.

Hi Guys, I should have made myself clear,I know there is only FG Fuse and Foam Wing, the EU1A is about 9" to 10" bigger then the original EU1, is there any desing changes between the two plans, since i already am working on the EU-1 to make it a full wood consruction was the EU1A blown up to its dimension that it is now????

The EU-1A was actually smaller then the original EU-1. Not sure what plans you have, but it was smaller.

Hi Tony, The plans i have is from MAN Desing and Drawn by Wayne Ulery the wing span is 56 11/16" x fuse 65 1/8 there seems to be something not right if you are saying that the EU-1A is smaller

Here is a link to the Eureka site. They offer the EU-1 short kit, and there is a link to the MAN article.

I thought that the EU-1 had 1100 sq in area and the EU-1A had 950. The picture on the Eureka website is of an EU-1A.
